Built in 1907 and renovated in 1999. Owned and restored by Tim Reiss and Julie Ginn

   The owners of this Classic Revival property received the Pride of Centennial neighborhood award on May 21, 2000 for their restoration. The building was also awarded a Wabash Valley Trust for Historic Preservation plaque.
