This recently restored structure was built around 1900 by William Folckemer - who earlier had built his residence next door. The house is of the Gable-end vernacular style with Queen Anne influences. It is a synthesis of Queen Anne and traditional clapboard architecture. The interior features oak hardwood floors, transoms over the doors, and a grand open staircase.

   The restored property housed the design business of Annette Valentine for many years.

   In recent years, the house has returned to its residential roots. It is now the residence of HCNA members Aaron Hoffman, Laurel Weldon and their family.
