Owner & Resident: James A. Brown. Mr Brown had a new roof installed in 2004 and has made other restoration attempts in the past few years. A new wooden porch floor was installed a few years back and the side walls have been primered.

   There is a limestone wall running the length of the property which continues in both directions to the ends of the block. There are fish scale shingles that grace the second floor.

   In 1920 this was the residence of L. L. McCormkick and family.
