This rowhouse is one of two homes, originally constructed by the Centennial Partners, a group of concerned residents and friends that wanted to stop the slide towards high density residential in this corner of our neighborhood. The development was later expanded to six homes.

   This outstanding example of architecturally appropriate infill housing was remodeled in 2000 by Paradigm Development Inc, in cooperative with Historic Centennial Neighborhood Association, the community development office of the city of Lafayette, Lafayette Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. and The Neighborhood Action Commitee.

   In May 2001, HCNA awarded "Pride of Centennial" plaques to: Paradigm, LNHS, and NAC.
