This outstanding example of architecturally appropriate infill housing was built in 2000 by Paradigm Development Inc, in cooperative with Historic Centennial Neighborhood Association, The community development office of the city of Lafayette, Lafayette Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. and The Neighborhood Action Commitee.

   On or near Mar. 2, 2001, this lovely rowhouse was occupied by its first owner, Martha Settles.

   In May 2001, HCNA awarded "Pride of Centennial" plaques to: Paradigm, LNHS, and NAC.
