Previously the home of Lafayette Frame and Alignment, this structure has recently become the home of All Automotive.

   Constructed during a time when commercial development of the neighborhood was encouraged, the building does not conform with the residential aspects of the surrounding structures. The land was classified as an R2U zone during the county NUZO process and the neightborhood association will press for a residential redevelopment should the building become unused.
