This house appears to have been constructed in the 1870's and modernized in the 1920's or 30's with the stucco, porch and other Craftsman details.

   In 1979, the owner resident was Margaret D. Peterson with Arthur Murray Dance Studios. The current (2013) owners and residents are Katie and Torbert Rocheford.
